Damage or Shortages: Please inspect package upon arrival. All damages or missing parts must be reported to Tennessee Speed Sport within 24 hours of Receipt.
Returns, Disclaimer of Warranty, Freight Damage & Shortage Claims: Any electrical / electronic part racing or otherwise may not be returned after they have been installed. Those must be shipped back directly to the manufacturer.
Defectives: Defective goods are subject to the terms and policies of the manufacture. Defective Car audio and Video products are subject to inspection and will not receive full credit if hardware and/or box is missing
New Returns: All New returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Special Order: Parts that are special ordered or non-stocking parts are non-returnable. If your order includes any promotional, special offer, or free parts, they must also be returned, or the value may be deducted from your refund
Return Policy: All returns new and defective must have an RGA Number issued from the Customer Service Department. All returns must be shipped prepaid to Tennessee Speed Sport. No COD’s will be accepted. No Cash Refunds. If you are not satisfied, return the new or unused item in the original box pre-paid (customer is responsible for shipping cost) within 90 days of purchase, with a copy of the invoice, for a refund/exchange. Once a return has been approved, the credit will be processed within 2-5 days to original form of payment.
